All orders undergo a processing time of 1-3 days before being dispatched. During sale periods, this duration may extend to 3-6 business days.
For returns, items must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with no deodorant, perfume, makeup stains, and the hygienic sticker still intact, etc.). We reserve the right to decline any return that exhibits signs of wear or fails to meet the specified criteria.
International orders are subject to customs, and any associated duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased from a different location or boutique must be returned to that specific location.
If an item is acquired through another party, such as a reseller or boutique, Swymm Luxury Design is not responsible for any damages.
Orders placed earlier cannot be price matched during sale periods.

- Item Condition: Ensure that the item is in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, etc.).
- Confirmation: Upon contacting us, you will receive a return confirmation and further instructions via email, if your items are within our return policy.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided in the confirmation email. Please include your order number on the package.
Important Notes:
- Returns without prior communication may not be processed.
- Ensure the item is shipped within the specified return window (30 days)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- All returns will be at customers expense
- You will be refunded in the form of store credit
