Exchanges/Returns will begin processing in our system as soon as your returning items are marked as 'in transit' to us by the courier. -
Regrettably, this isn't possible. When you initiate a return, a unique tracking number is generated and linked to the corresponding order number/item. If both orders are placed into a single package for return, only one tracking number will be scanned by the courier. As a result, if both orders are sent back in one package, the courier may only scan one tracking number, making it appear that the other item hasn't been returned yet.

Once you've placed your order, it moves into the processing phase, usually completed within 1-3 business days. Following this, our shipping carrier takes charge, and if applicable to your area, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively once an order has been placed. This policy encompasses both full-priced items that subsequently go on sale and sale items that receive further discounts after purchase.

Upon acquiring a gift card, whether for personal use or as a thoughtful gift for someone else, or receiving store credit in the form of a gift card, you will receive a digital code via email equivalent to the card's purchased value. When making a purchase, simply apply the provided digital code during the checkout process.

Although we strive to prevent such occurrences, if you happen to receive a damaged suit or encounter a manufacturing fault, please reach out to us promptly at support@swymmld.com. We are committed to addressing and resolving these issues as quickly as possible. It's important to note that damages reported after 60 days from the order placement are considered wear and tear rather than manufacturing damage.
